Every estate is different, so we provide pricing after a free walkthrough. Our estate sales are based on a flat commission agreed upon before work begins.
We do not bill hourly for sale preparation, staging, pricing, marketing, or sale-day management. If cleanout services are needed after the sale, we’ll talk through the scope and any related cost before work begins.
